Master & Dynamic Is Having a Big Sale on Audio Gear Now

New York–based, fashion-forward company Master & Dynamic makes headphones that make audiophiles drool. Its audio products have a distinctive, mid-20th-century retro vibe and sound even better than they look. Unfortunately, the headphones are often priced accordingly.

But this week the company is holding a Family and Friends sale. Through April 19, you can take 25 percent off sitewide with code BFF25. The sale excludes its latest noise-canceling pair, the MW08, as well as any gift cards, gift wrap, or monogramming. But it does include many audio products we've tried and loved over the years. If you're looking for a spring upgrade to your work-from-home setup or need a suspiciously well-timed Mother's Day gift, we have several recommendations below.

And if these slick, expensive cans are still more money than you'd like to spend, we have you covered. Check out our picks for the Best Wireless Headphones, the Best Wireless Workout Buds, and the Best Cheap Headphones.

Master & Dynamic MW07 Go

WIRED audio reviewer Parker Hall and I have tried these beautiful wireless workout buds (9/10, WIRED Recommends). I recently removed them from our workout buds roundup in favor of some newer options, but these are still compact, attractive, and incredibly comfortable, with the fantastic sound that Master & Dynamic is known for.

The low profile also means they don't bounce out of your ear during long runs. The buds don't have active noise-canceling, but the great fit results in pretty effective passive noise-canceling. If you do need noise-canceling, the MW07 Plus are slightly larger and bulkier, but they have some of the best noise-canceling Hall has ever tried on wireless buds.

Do you need more comfortable over-the-ear cans for your work-from-home setup? More importantly, do you lust after a high-end pair of leather headphones that will surely strike envy in the heart of every colleague on your weekly Zoom all-hands? My friends, the MW65 ANC (9/10, WIRED Recommends) is now 25 percent off.

It has most of the design touch points that made Master & Dynamic's flagship pair so instantly popular and recognizable, as well as a long-lived battery and strong Bluetooth range. Google Assistant is built in, and there are three noise-canceling modes. With a 25 percent discount, the price is also slightly less nauseating.

Leave it to Master & Dynamic to make a speaker that sounds beautiful, looks fantastic, and has to be moved around your house with a hand truck. The MA707 (9/10, WIRED Recommends) was designed by “starchitect” David Adjaye, whose stable of celebrity clients includes the likes of Ewan McGregor and Juergen Teller. He also did a stint as a DJ in West London (whomst among us, et cetera).

In addition to being eye-catching, our reviewer noted that the sound has “arresting presence and transparency," with punchy, articulate bass. This is the kind of speaker that becomes an heirloom, and it's not likely to get cheaper than this anytime soon.

The Master & Dynamic MA770 is $899 ($300 off)
