The Best Cyber Monday Home, Kitchen, and Parenting Deals

Our final update: Cyber Monday has ended. If you're sale hunting, we've collected the best Cyber Monday deals still available (as of December 1). As always, we hope we helped you sift through the sales madness and find great products. Check our Holiday Buying Guides for the latest recommendations.

Months into the Covid-19 pandemic, many of us are spending more time at home than ever. Before, maybe you could ignore the spiderwebs in the corners of the bedroom or a drippy shower head. Now, they stare you in the face all day, every day. Here at the Gadget Lab, we're always testing gear to help make your home a pleasant place to be. Now, we've scoured the web to bring you Cyber Monday deals on some of our favorite air purifiers, robot vacuums, and more.

Note: We strike through items that sell out or are no longer at their deal price as of publishing. Discounts sometimes return, so check for yourself. We will update this guide throughout the weekend.

Special offer for Gear readers: Get a 1-year subscription to WIRED for $5 ($25 off). This includes unlimited access to WIRED.com and our print magazine (if you'd like). Subscriptions help fund the work we do every day.

Updated November 30: We've struck sold-out deals, added new retailers, and adjusted pricing.

Vacuum Deals

Read our roundup of the best robot vacuums and these tips to using them to learn more.

iRobot Roomba i3+ Robot Vacuum for $400 ($200 off)

Amazon, iRobot, Home Depot

When we tested the Roomba i3+, it had some navigational flubs. Still, it's the most affordable robot vacuum that iRobot offers with the all-important self-emptying bin, and it includes a few other features we love, like the easy-to-clean, proprietary rubber rollers.

Roborock S4 Max Robot Vacuum for $320 ($110 off)

Amazon (Click the Coupon Button)

Roborock has slowly become one of my favorite robot vacuum manufacturers. Each from its S series offers great battery life and large bin sizes. Product reviewer Parker Hall likes this vacuum a lot too.

Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T8 AIVI Robot Vacuum for $650 ($150 off)

Ecovacs, Best Buy

We found this robot vacuum to be powerful and versatile, with a long battery run time and a lot of features (Map! Mop! Camera! Microphone!). However, this may not be the pick for you if you find a video butler wandering around at ankle height to be unnerving.

Eufy Robovac 30C Robot Vacuum for $180 ($120 off)

This vacuum is a little short on features. For example, it lacks mapping capabilities or a self-emptying bin, but it's sleek, attractive, low-profile, quiet, and easy to use. Plus, you can connect it to Alexa or Google Assistant.

★ A Top Pick—Dyson V10 Cordless Stick Vacuum for $399 ($100 off)

Dyson, Best Buy, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond

This is one of our favorite stick vacuums. It's wireless and can convert into a hand-vac, so you can use it to clean the trunk of your car. The battery runs around an hour, and the suction is powerful. You can read more about it here. If $400 is too much, the Dyson V8 Absolute is now $300 and is a solid choice if you don't mind a little less power and bin capacity.

Eufy HomeVac S11 Cordless Stick Vacuum for $210 ($90 off)

Amazon (Click the Coupon Button)

We haven't tried this Dyson stick vacuum dupe ourselves, but it's significantly cheaper than the Dyson stick vacuums we love (and it's in stock). In general, I've found Eufy products to be effective and well designed. Just note that you have to click the coupon button to get this deal, and that the discount is applied at checkout.

Yeedi K650 Robot Vacuum for $130 ($90 off)

Amazon (Click the Coupon Button)

This robot vacuum typically retails for about $220, making it less expensive than most of the models on our list. I've been using it for a few weeks, and it's been quite effective. It doesn't map your house, but it also doesn't get stymied by drops or cords like some other fancy vacuums out there.

Kitchen Deals

Looking to spruce up your cooking setup before the holidays? Be sure to check out our Best Cookbooks guide and How to Plan Meals and Cook in Quarantine.

Ooni Fyra for $199 ($50 off)

Ooni, makers of some of our favorite pizza ovens, are holding a 25 percent off sale sitewide through December 2. This is my favorite compact, easy-to-use piece of backyard equipment.

KitchenAid Artisan 5-Quart Stand Mixer for $280 ($100 off)

The Artisan is KitchenAid's most popular stand mixer. With a 325W motor, it's powerful enough to do anything a home cook would ask of it, from whipping up fluffy meringue to making multiple batches of cookies to churning bread dough, and the tilt-head makes it easy to add ingredients. Read the directions so you don't burn the motor out by, say, setting the speed too fast for kneading bread dough. KitchenAid stand mixers are known for their durability, and if you treat it nicely it'll last decades. There's also a wide lineup of attachments, such as ice cream mixers and pasta makers.

Instant Pot 6-Qt 8-in-1 Cooker with Wi-Fi for $90 ($60 off)

Amazon, Best Buy

Is it even Cyber Monday without an Instant Pot? If you've ever wondered just what the heck is going on inside your hermetically sealed cooking vessel, the Instant Pot now has both Smart Cooking features and is Alexa-compatible; it can be remotely controlled and monitored with the Instant Pot app or an Alexa device.

Vitamix Explorian E310 Blender for $290 ($160 off)

Sur La Table, Home Depot

Some people wait all year in order to be able to afford a Vitamix. This is the brand's entry-level blender, but it's still a significant discount and still has the powerful 2-horsepower engine that will reduce the toughest nuts to creamy paste.

AeroGarden Harvest for $100 ($50 off)

This setup gives you a complete indoor hydroponic herb garden in one package. You get a reservoir for the water and nutrients, slots for six plant pods, and an array of LED grow lights overhead. This AeroGarden comes with seeds for six herbs: basil, Thai basil, parsley, dill, mint, and thyme. Monitor your garden's growth in the companion app. Our food and kitchen expert Joe Ray reviewed this model and gave it a high score.

Misfits Market is 50 Percent Off Your First Subscription Box

Misfits Market (Enter BLACKFRIDAY50 at Checkout)

Misfits Market rescues ugly produce, that is vegetables and fruit perfectly tasty and healthy to eat, but which have been rejected by traditional grocers for being slightly undersized, blemished, or oddly shaped. The produce is all organic, arrives on your doorstep on your schedule, and now includes optional extras for other pantry staples beyond just produce.

Bokksu Box Snack Subscription for $22 ($5 off)

Bokksu (Enter HOLIDAYKITKAT at Checkout)

This Japanese-themed snack box explores different themes and regions of Japan, for example, curating a box around Osaka or rural Japanese islands. You get 20 to 24 items, from snacks to candies to a tea pairing, plus a guide filled with details on all the products in the box. For more ideas, check out our guide to the Best Snack Subscriptions.

Coravin Wine Bottle Opener and Preserver for $200 ($200 off)

Amazon, Coravin

Coravin's wine preservation systems are best-in-class at keeping wine fresh, but they're ruinously expensive. This deal brings them just a bit more in reach.

ThermoWorks Thermapen Mk4 for $75 ($25 off)

I have this instant-read thermometer, which is fast, accurate, waterproof, and has lasted several years. One of our favorite barbecue thermometers, the Smoke from ThermoWorks, is on sale as well.

Cuisinart Double Belgian Waffle Maker for $93 ($92 off)

Home Depot

At WIRED, we're just a little weird about waffle makers. An on-sale waffle maker is a much faster way to make cakes, hash browns, and more. This model can make two at the same time.

Coffee Maker and Bean Deals

Oxo 8-Cup Coffee Maker for $136 ($34 off)

Oxo, Home Depot, Amazon

We just gave this coffee maker one of our highest ratings; it's an 8-cup automatic brewer that can also make a single cup! In fact, all of Oxo's coffee and tea products will be 20 percent off through Cyber Monday.

Oxo Cold Brew Maker for $40 ($10 off)

Amazon, Williams & Sonoma, Bed Bath & Beyond

Everyone always forgets about cold brew coffee, which is a shame because it's an awfully convenient thing to have in the fridge in the afternoon. Oxo's bucket-style immersion brewer is meant to sit proudly on your counter and is one of our favorite cold brew coffee makers.

Keurig K-Cafe for $100 ($100 off)

If you include a coffee subscription (a 24-box commitment) with your new Keurig, you can get a coffee maker for 50 percent off! We love Keurig's latte and cappuccino machine, but many other coffee makers are on sale too. You can also get a brewer without a subscription for 30 percent off.

Atlas Coffee Club Subscription First Bag Free ($14 off)

Atlas Coffee Club

It's near impossible for me to start the day without a cup of coffee. I've been using Atlas Coffee Club for the past two years to get fresh coffee beans from various countries around the world. You can customize the quantity and type of roast, and in the box, you get a little information about where the coffee comes from and tasting notes. Atlas is offering the first bag for free if you subscribe, which usually costs $14 a month for a 12-ounce bag. Check out our Best Espresso and Latte Machines and Best Portable Coffee Makers guides if you don't have the means to make a cup of joe.

Smart Home Deals

The products below aren't the only gear that can make your home life easier. Be sure to check out our other guides, including the Best TV and Soundbar Deals and the Best Google Devices for more ideas and bargains!

August Smart Lock Pro + Connect for $160 ($70 off)

August (Enter BLACKFRIDAY70 at Checkout), Amazon ($116), Bed Bath & Beyond ($196)

This smart lock is easy to install on your front door, simple to set up, and it's pretty! You can grant unlocking access to family members via the app too. Read our review for more information.

Yamazaki Rolling Side Table for $64 ($21 off)

Yamazaki's sleek, convenient, and ingenious home goods are almost as popular in Japan as Ikea. Huckberry is offering 25 percent off everything Yamazaki on its site. This leaning ladder seems like a great way to get clothes off your bedroom floor.

Tile Limited Edition Sushi Tile for $25 ($11 off)

Tiles are one of our favorite ways to find almost anything. All limited-edition Tiles (we particularly like the sushi ones) are 30 percent off through Cyber Monday.

Solo Stove Ranger Stove for $180 ($90 off)

Solo Stove

We haven't reviewed this specific fire pit, but WIRED writer Parker Hall likes the similar Solo Stove Yukon. If you're looking for a beautiful and warming way to host friends in a socially distanced outdoor setting, you can't do much better than this reasonably priced fire pit.

Gravity Blanket for $137 ($52 off)

Weighted blankets are a great way to self-soothe and keep yourself warm at the same time, but one of our favorite brands has historically been expensive. Gravity Blanket is offering 30 percent off through Cyber Monday.

Nebia Showerhead That Uses Half as Much Water for $215 ($54 off)

Nebia (Discount Applied at Checkout), Target ($258), Home Depot ($258), Wayfair ($258)

Nebia's low-flow Rainshower showerhead has a glamorous origin story. The misty spray is too diffuse for my personal liking, but it looks great and saves you a lot on your water bill. Nebia is currently offering 20 percent off sitewide through December 10.

Ecobee Smart Thermostat for $200 ($50 off)

Amazon (Sensor Included), Home Depot, Lowe's ($150), Ecobee

I have both a Nest and an Ecobee, and I prefer Ecobee's simpler programming over the Nest's predictive temperature adjustment, especially since we're at home all the time now. The brand's home security bundle and Lite thermostat (which is not Alexa-enabled and doesn't come with accessory sensors) are on sale now too.

Molekule Air Mini+ for $399 ($100 off)

Molekule uses patented photoelectrochemical oxidation technology to destroy pollutants chemically, rather than filtering them out like traditional air purifiers. It's a little difficult for the layperson to know how much more effective PECO is than filtering; as measured by an air quality monitor, it seems to work about as well. Still, they're small, stylish, and have a small footprint.

Nest Hub for $50 ($40 off)

Target, Walmart, Best Buy

The Nest Hub lacks a security camera, and its speaker is nothing to write home about, but if you're building out a smart home with stand-alone security cameras and speakers—which is the best way of doing it—there's little need to pay extra for a hub with these features built in. WIRED's Matt Jancer has been using one for six months, and he says its 7-inch screen is more than enough to view from across his apartment. Walmart's deal includes a $20 Vudu credit for watching television shows and movies on its streaming channel.

Nest Mini for $19 ($30 off)

Target, Walmart

You don't need a screen in every room, but Nest Minis add a way for the Nest system (they all link together) to hear and respond to you when you're away from your main hub. As WIRED's Scott Gilberston noted in his review, don't expect stellar sound quality for playing music. It's a speaker designed to communicate with you, not substitute for a Sonos.

Allform 3-Seat Sofa for $1,595 ($400 off)

Allform (Enter CYBERSALE20 at Checkout

Allform furniture isn't cheap, but it's a little cheaper right now. Our favorite three-seat sofa uses non-toxic water-based glues and finishes. Best of all, it's comfortable. The deep-set cushions have stayed fluffy under heavy use, and this model is long enough for the tallest among us to snooze on.

Benchmade Modern Tyler Sofa for $2,690 ($675 off)

Benchmade Modern

Benchmade Modern puts a level of polish on the online couch-buying process that doesn't exist elsewhere (at least in our testing). The company's website lets you browse colors and resize couches with a slider to see cushion layout. When you have some idea what you want, you can also order a full book of fabric swatches, along with a full-size printout of your sofa so you can make sure it fits in your living space. Benchmade Modern sofas aren't cheap, but this deal will save you 20 percent.

Burrow Nomad Sofa Sectional for $1,495 ($200 off)

Burrow (Enter DOUBLE at Checkout)

The Burrow sofa sectional is plush, comfy, and fairly compact, but its best feature is how quickly it assembles. The Nomad sofa sectional ships in a few large boxes, depending on the options you choose (with or without an ottoman, extra cushions, et cetera). Once you open the boxes, the build goes pretty quickly. Everything snaps together like a big plush Lego set. The sofa sectional can easily seat three people, four if you seat someone on the chaise. It's a great choice for small apartments.

Aura Carver Digital Frame for $159 ($40 off)

Amazon (With Prime), Aura

WIRED writer Medea Giordano tested this frame and loves it, despite its high price. Photos look stunning, not pixelated; even old scanned photos hold up. It doesn't look exactly like an analog frame, but nor does it look like the tacky digital frames of the past. You can add members to the app, so they can send photos directly to the frame's rotation, which makes it a nice gift option for parents or grandparents. The deal on Amazon is only available if you join Prime.

Pets and Parenting Deals

Who deserves a holiday treat more than our babies (of the two- and four-legged variety)? For more ideas, check out our Best STEM Toys and Best Dog Accessories guides.

KiwiCo Gift Subscriptions for $10 ($10 off)

KiwiCo (Enter MERRY at Checkout)

Of all the gift subscriptions for kids I tested, Kiwi's crates are the only ones that I resubscribed to for my own children. They're not overwhelmingly full, and the activities are simple, colorful, and educational. If you don't want to subscribe, the company is also offering 20 percent off individual crates, 25 percent off orders over $100, and 30 percent off orders over $150.

Osmo Explorer Starter Kit for $159 ($68 off)

Osmo (Discount Applied at Checkout)

Osmo’s learning kits are one of the best ways we’ve found to transfer digital, onscreen learning into tactile blocks that your kids can manipulate using their hands. There’s a dedicated Cyber Monday sale on their site, but a few of their sets are on sale at Amazon as well.

Sago Mini Minibox Gift Subscription for $9 ($10 off)

Sago Mini Store (Enter FIRSTBOX9 at Checkout)

We also recommend this gift subscription box, which encourages explorative play for kids. It requires much less parental supervision to assemble and play with than many of the other boxes we tested.

Petcube Bites 2 for $199 ($50 off)

We love this sleek, convenient pet camera/treat dispenser so much that we recommend it in both our Best Dog Accessories and our Best Pet Cameras guides. You can take another $40 off if you join Amazon Prime.

Kindle Kids Edition for $80 ($30 off)

Set your kids up for a lifelong love of reading with the Kids Edition Kindle, which got a 7/10, WIRED Recommends for its two-year free replacement program. It comes with a one-year subscription to Amazon Kids+, and there are no games, ads, or voice assistants to draw your kids' attention away. Amazon is currently backordered until late December or later, depending on the cover color.

Fire HD 8 Kids Edition for $80 ($60 off)

Amazon, Target

For the kiddos in your household who aren't yet old enough to swipe your iPad every time you set it down, get them their own tablet with more rigorous parental controls. The Fire HD 8 Kids Edition got an 8/10 score based on its durable case and included one-year subscription to Amazon Kids+. Like with the Kindle Kids Edition, part of what you're buying is peace of mind. Let's face it—young kids treat everything like rental cars, and if they're too rough with their Fire and manage to break it within the first two years, Amazon will replace it.

Fi Smart Dog Collar for $74 ($75 off)

TryFi (Enter CYBERMONDAY at Checkout)

The Fi smart dog collar is our favorite tracker for rugged outdoor dogs (or escape artists who get out of the yard). The Series 2 upgrade has a bigger battery, slightly nicer hardware, and a better antenna. The GPS plan is free for 30 days so you can try it out, but it's $99 per year afterward.

Catit Water Fountain for $21 ($7 off)

Everything from cat retailer Catit is 25 percent off through the holiday. We will be including the cat water fountain in an upcoming cat accessories guide if you're trying to get a thirsty kitty away from the sink.

Wayb Pico Seat for $248 ($82 off)

Wayb (Discount Applied at Checkout)

My kids and I all love this car seat, which is low-profile, easy to install, sustainable, and takes up much less room in my car's backseat. Wayb, a children's gear company founded by an outdoor gear manufacturer with Patagonia's former CEO, is offering 25 percent off site-wide through Monday.

Square Off Kingdom Set for $369 ($30 off)

Square Off Store (Enter BLACKFRIDAY at Checkout)

If you enjoyed binge-watching The Queen's Gambit and somebody in your home is suddenly curious about chess, this Bluetooth-connected chess set is fun. It moves the pieces automatically as you play against a computer or another person via the app (it connects to Chess.com, so you'll never run out of people to play with). This is also a great way to watch how classic chess games played out in real life.

Penny Ellyse 22-inch Skateboard for $70 ($40 off)

Penny Skateboards

Many of us have taken up some new outdoor sport in quarantine. If you jumped on the skating craze but can't quite manage it indoors, try a tiny Penny. I (Adrienne) bought a pink one for my daughter and ended up keeping it for myself. The aluminum trucks and soft wheels mean it rides like a real skateboard, not a toy.
